Our Team

Michael Conway is the Deputy National Field Director based in Minneapolis, MN. He joined Working America in 2013 while working on the Boston mayoral race. In his current role, Michael is responsible for training and developing field directors as well as implementing successful community organizing campaigns across the country. Prior to joining Working America, Michael worked for Massachusetts Fair Share, protecting early childhood education. He received his B.A. in history and political science from the University of Massachusetts.
