Angela Ashe is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Working America. Angela is a progressive technologist with 25 years of experience implementing and leading IT operations for Big 4, Fortune 500, minority-owned businesses, and non-profit organizations. She is a high-performance leader, strategist, and innovator proficient at combining strategy and creative problem-solving skills to transform technology and processes to realize impacting outcomes. As the CIO, Angela is responsible for the IT strategy, procurement of new technologies, service delivery, cybersecurity, and digital training initiatives.
Before Working America, Angela worked at Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She believes in the power of the collective voice to achieve transformational change through public service. Angela is an avid reader, yogi, and beginning cellist. She lives in Maryland with her husband and has two adult sons.
